Hello everyone, my name is William and I’ve been on the road to getting “ripped” and “shredded” for over 8 years.
Before I started my fitness journey, I was always the couch potato. Ever since I was a child, I’d always prefer to watch TV and play video games rather than to go outside or to the park and play. At the same time, I was eating like there was no tomorrow. Back then, I had no idea of the damage I was doing to my body, nor did I care. I remember gaining a lot of weight during the summer before my senior of middle school, and not thinking much off it. The wake up call came during my visit to the doctor during high school. I was told that I was at risk of diabetes, and if I didn’t make the necessary changes, I would be put on medication.
Ever since then, I’ve been doing whatever I could to shed the pounds. I’ve started eating healthier foods, and being more active in general. I’ve created this website to help people like yourselves burn fat, build muscle, and achieve the body you’ve always dreamed of. How will I do this? By sharing with you my experiences, the best tips and tricks that I’ve learned so far, and what I’m still learning through “trial and error” on this journey.
